Membership and
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 18 May 2025
At Body Confidence, we offer a variety of membership options tailored to meet your fitness needs and provide flexibility. Please review the following Membership Terms and Cancellation Policies carefully.
Unlimited Classes – Weekly Membership (No Contract)
Payment: Recurring weekly or fortnightly payments.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Your membership will continue until you submit a cancellation request.
Notice Period: No notice period required.
Cancellation Process: You must provide written notice via email or through your member portal.
Unlimited Classes – Weekly Membership (3-Month Contract)
Payment: Recurring weekly or fortnightly payments for a 3-month period.
Cancellation: Minimum notice of 14 days is required to cancel. Your membership will continue until you submit a cancellation request. If cancellation is within your first 3 months a $50 payout fee may be required
Notice Period: 14 days’ notice required.
Cancellation Process: Submit a written cancellation request via email or through your member portal.
Casual Class – Pay as You Go
Payment: Casual Class credit needs to be purchased and booked before you attend a session.
No Contract: No contract and no recurring payments.
Cancellation: Payment is due at the time of booking. No cancellations or refunds once payment is made.
1 credit is valid for 1 group class. Unused credits will expire in 12 months from purchase.
10 Class Pass
1 credit is valid for 1 group class
Payment: Upfront payment for 10 classes.
Validity: You have 10 weeks from the date of payment to use all 10 class credits.
Forfeiture: Any unused credits after 10 weeks will be forfeited.
No Refunds: No refunds for unused credits will be issued after the expiry period.
20 Class Pass
1 credit is valid for 1 group class
Payment: Upfront payment for 20 classes.
Validity: You have 12 weeks from the date of payment to use all 20 class credits.
Forfeiture: Any unused credits after 12 weeks will be forfeited.
No Refunds: No refunds for unused credits will be issued after the expiry period.
Personal Training
Payment: Recurring weekly or fortnightly payments.
Cancellation of Personal Training Plan: A minimum notice of 14 days is required to cancel your personal training plan. Your training sessions will continue until the end of the notice period.
Notice to Change PT Plan: A minimum notice of 7 days is required to change your personal training plan.
Notice to Change Timeslot: A 24-hour notice is required to change your personal training timeslot and will be subject to availability.
Cancellation Process: Written notice via email or through your member portal.
No Shows
Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled class or personal training session, your credit will be forfeited for that session.
Class Cancellation & Fees
Group Classes: You have 12 hours to cancel your group class booking. Failure to do so within the time frame may result in a $10 fee.
Personal Training: You have 24 hours to cancel your personal training session. Failure to do so within this time frame may result in forfeiture of that session.
No Refunds: Fees will not be refunded if missed cancellation windows are not met.
Group Personal Training (PT)
Minimum Attendance: Group PT sessions require at least 2 people. If only 1 person is available to attend, the cancelling member will still be charged for the session, unless they can find another member to attend in their place.
Rescheduling or Cancelling: If a member cannot attend a Group PT session, they must:
Pay for the session themselves, or
Find another member to take their place and attend in their stead.
Alternatively, the entire group of members scheduled for that session must agree to reschedule or cancel the session within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If all members agree to reschedule or cancel, no charge will be made.
General Membership Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Process: To cancel any membership or plan, you must provide written notice via email or through your member portal.
Next Billing Cycle: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
